    1. break into Los Santos airport, steal the Dodo (handling is easier than the big nice one)
    2. fly around the ocean south of airport.
    3. tape the R2 and X buttons down and put VIEW on Cinema.

    roughly 15 later a message will pop up and say Flying upgraded, continue for Pilots license. then 10 minutes later (NOT GAME MINUTES)...

    you get the pilot's license and all airports will be available to your access, meaning you still have to unlock SF and LV to not get the 4 stars, but the gates to the airport open like magic...
