I say you get a few friends to play lookout for a couple of days. See if she has any regular times that she goes on break. Most girls will probably head to the bathroom to start.
Soooo you get your friends to watch and set the time. They come play look out while you lie in wait in the bathroom. So when she's in the bathroom, you say (from the next stall over) "Hi Security, enjoying your break?"
You can take it from there and thank me later.
