I'm going to explain this again.
This is an outsourcing and consulting company that works like a representation agency. they select freelancers folio by form contact submission and recruitment. when selected, will make part of the team of creators /designers / artists /developers.There will be a database with:
- team members with their following CV and portfolio pieces
- Client listing and enquiries forms
- Project Listing as client enquiries get finished
- recruiting forms so freelancers in several areas can apply to get GIGS.
basically it's on the "ground zero" right now.. but they have a lot of Clients - (Fashion, Retail, Editors, Branding, Fine-Art, Clubs, Hotels, etc) that are looking forward to have projects made by the team members - the freelancers they choose from the team list . that can apply directly by sending CV and work samples of design, installation, programming, video.. etc.)
so the overall look will target yound people and clients whose target is also young people, fresh visuals..
