Talk with Management. Let them know your concerns, that you realize this is an unstable situation and let them know how you want to contribute to makethings work. That is if you still want to work there. Come in early for the next while... pick up as much slack as you can. When there is a division among people in a company make sure everyone knows which side you are on.
