I find that style is really dated, 90's flyer design. I dont really see the point of the splash page and I dont see why I have to wait for the nav to appear once everything is loaded.. the site is well constructed but its just not my thing, looks like a lot of other stuff that was done years ago. no personality or humour and doesn't make me feel like I want to find out more.
