Rand, I will refuse for your thread to be 'killed' for peoples 'fear' of being ridiculed of challenging your (by this boards standards) intellectual prose, incedentally I entirely agree, and find it unfortubate that many people find it difficult to realise the difference and insist that because they may be 'creative that they are somehow an 'artist' - sorry, I realise that I have really just rehashed your point, I only wish that us designers would stop heralding eachother as 'artists' unless it is truly justified, which from my experience it very rare.
You Rand, are however, art in itself.
