It takes something for a recruitment consultant to be able to "crit" your site. I usually stay away, as I have no credibility or history of design so don't feel I am worthy of being able to crit peoples work...
but...
you even managed to get me to make a negative comment.
I dont mean to be mean mate - but that site looks too familiar to a site that is probably bookmarked to thousands and thousands of your peers and potential employers out there.
