Well check out the trailer on the site (if its still there). That'll give you a great idea.
His performance is great and there's an intermission that shows you just how nervous someone can get before a performance. He's checking the lineup of his records and making sure no markers have fallen off.
The extras are great too. They have live footage of an MPC3 performance where he, Cut Chemist and Numark perform on 3 MPC's. Killer stuff.
There's a live audio CD that's just the live performance, but it's missing some tracks.
You won't regret getting it. I got mine at Best Buy. If you have one near you. US$30
