A friend hue was a manager for a well known product company told me that allot of companies use doggy components to save on expenses.
Most companies do it, 2-3% are just fucked evan before day leave the factory. I remember getting a new LaCie C.D. burner firewire, whiched never worked the first day I got it.
So i sent it back to them, they checked it, said it was Ok. Got it back of them still did not work.
I then had an idear to see if I could fix the dam C.D burner. I manage to take it apart no problem and when I did most of the components they used where nearly all damaged.
I put the Burner together again. Got a refund. Brought the same CD burner again from a different company and it worked fine. And why all this was happening, I was told that it was my computer that was the problem or it was a software problem. YA right.
Its just pot luck I suppose what you get from the factory.
