I think this thread was a good thing, because it seems like nowadays people are forgetting what design really means to them. It's always good to debate a subject of any sort, especially this one since we are (hopefully) all designers here so we can all benefit from hearing all opinions.
Hopefully this thread made people realize what design really means to them. Kudos to Winter on a stimulating thread.
