yeah, bit odd.
you know when i was in the cinema last week, i saw this amazing holographic billboard for this sensation-specialFX-crap movie: The Day After Tomorrow. And it had a counter underneath, counting down days, hrs, mins, secs to the moment the world will vanish in a major storm/flood.
As I was gazing it some dood that worked there stepped up to me and said they now have these kinds of documentaries on Nat.GeoGr. and Discovery telling us how this could happen for real any day etc. In short 'nuff reason to scare the shit out of the average naive popcornmunching mass-consumer and see that film.
Quite amazing how they use all kinds of media and approaches to hype shit up!
i mean, what's next?
