    Very true. Designers republic are very Art Deco/Jugendstil in some ways.

    Eric Speikerman's hobby is Geometry. He gave us meta.

    The fast living affluent 1920's are similar to today (maybe more 1980's - 1990's). Affluence and demand for expensive things.

    So, nothing much changes then.

    I was looking at some recent Gucci adverts. They look totally 1920-30's. Noel Coward like. Ambiguous sexuality.
