When they renovated my building in the 60s and gave all doors in each apartment a fresh paint, they didn't bother to mask the locks (or the keys that clearly was still in there so they have got white paint on them) so, yeah..I have about 5 doors in my apt, not one of them is lockable except the main door... not too clever. I *can* open my windows though.
