i just ditched a client for whom i did 2 months of design-studies for an outdoor display.
the fucker found a gap in the agreement and was planning to pay less then nothing.
i already work with tight contracts, but this time i'll go all the way, and have a lawyer fix this stuff.. it'll cost me a heck of a lot of money, but it's sheer necessity..
especially when i am going to be managing other creatives.
one learns everyday.
