    resume thread bump,

    I'm reading about this applicant tracking systems (ATS) that companies large and small are using to screen resumes. I like to keep my resume up-to-date just in case and i think now is a good time to really figure out what these screening robots are really looking at.

    Do you think it is just your basic keywords, or is there some other formula to keep on the upper end of these systems? I found a couple places to help, but anyone figure out information to crack the code on a proper resume with ATS friendly formatting?

    Is there any formula or proper template to create an ATS compatible resume?
