Essenally a solo album, Vivian Tylinska plays all the instruments apart from a few features on violin and whatnot. Veers majestically from black metal to prog to new wave to jazz to shoegaze to grindcore to synth pop and back again.Liturgy - 93696
*The* best avant-garde / experimental black metal release this year.Saw them three times within the space of five days this year. Utterly mindblowing, even moreso than sunn. Haela Ravenna Hunt-Hendrix using music to attempt to physically manifest herself into a new dimension of thought and space and time. I honestly can't describe how dense and rewarding this album is.
