    I have to go full blog, because one of the most fun nights of my life involved accidentally hanging out with Seattle's first All-black MC.

    We were singing karaoke with them in the ID (Chinatown, Japantown, etc), but bars close at 2am here. They were like "we know a place".

    Got invited to their private HQ that had a cash only bar. It was amazing. The dude at the gate went full Soprano mode with some sort of "where do you think you're going?", I got a vouch from the dude I met at karaoke which was essentially "Yeah he's white, but he's cool".

    The entire place had "ZERO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED" signs, a cash-only bar, I smoked a skull-bong in the garage, and the head of the MC showed me photos of him dressed up as Santa Claus. He told me to come back for my birthday. It was one of the strangest nights of my life.
