    Like the previous post, I renewed my subscription with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount (50% off). Initially they said "not for renewals", but I asked if they could check as a colleague got the discount on renewal and they said "yes, we can make an exception". They also gave me 2 months free when I inquired if it was possible. All in all it took about 5 mins in the chat.

    • My renewal was up before this offer; I simply cancelled a week prior, then when my sub ran out they offered half-price discount. Less hassle IMO.evilpeacock
