Jane Doe’s allegations mark the second time Elfman has been accused of abuse this yearThe suit, filed in Los Angeles superior court on Wednesday, came from a a 47-year-old Maryland woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe XX. She alleges she was studying film in New York when she met Elfman in 1997. She was 21 at the time and he was 47. She is suing Elfman for sexual assault, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment and negligence.
