    BUY SOME BANANAS
    GREEN OR YELLOW
    SCRUB AND WASH THE BANANA
    CUT INTO 1 INCH SEGMENTS WITH THE PEEL

    THROW THE BITS INTO A POT ADD WATER AND BOIL.

    BOIL THEM FOR 15 MINUTES.
    DRINK THE HOT WATER IT WILL TAKE LIKE BANANA TEA!!!
    DELICIOUS AND IT WILL KNOCK YOU OUT.

    YOU MAY EVEN FEEL GROGGY IN THE MORNING BUT YOU WILL SLEEP DEEPER. ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE NIGHT.
