    Is it just me that this happens to?: Every once in a while, Illustrator forgets how to use a keyboard shortcut to copy something. It'll quite happily accept the copy option from the menu, and will quite happily paste and paste in place with the keyboard shortcuts.. it just won't copy using them. I've got a few files loaded in, each with a custom print setup applied, so it's actually a wee bit of a pain in the arse to quit and start again, which is the obvious solution, but fffffs.nnnngh
