Well, hello there, Moderator, it's been a while!
So, Horp tells me he's having trouble logging into his account. According to him:
'My issue is I can attempt to log in, but I always get to the part where you have to input your phone number and it always says there's an error. I can't proceed beyond that point.'
Also:
'The other thing I think I used to use my illustration studio email as my ID on QBN and that email address died years back. I have tried my Gmail address just in case, and it says "we've sent a password reminder/reset" but one never turns up, not even in the spam or junk folder.'
Any way we can help an old-school brother out?
