    Free Idea: A side-scroller platform game that is basically tagging.

    You play a character who has to run around tagging targets, with various scores for how complex and how hard/sustained the tag is.

    You then develop your artistic technique through levels, up to street art as the game advances.

    Thinking SF2-style/16-bit era urban graphics, with the game being avoiding Babylon and light - playing in shadows, etc; Tube trains, cars, and swinging/hanging from road overpasses, etc.

    I've had this milling around the back of my head for the last week or so as another project I'll never do. Perhaps in 10 years time I can just ask an AI to make one for me, aided by my NeuralInterfaceâ„¢?. Would be a fun project to make in whatever game engine's best suited to it mind.
