China will use that new super fast missile to nuke Putin.
Here's why:
Putin is just a play thing for them, a tool. His Ukraine move makes him looks evil, they will look like the world's saviour - the super power that saves us. This puts them far far above USA in the global pecking order. However... China actually takes Russia + Ukraine and thusly gains a cache of the majority of the worlds natural resources.
