    Now I somehow realize that maybe I'm on the wrong here.

    I set this website like this

    GeneratePress Pro – $49 (yearly fee)
    Elementor Pro – $33 (yearly fee)
    Template Kit – $24 (one time)

    Total – $106 (first year investment after that only $82
    /year)

    I did this because despite being able to design a website with all of the free versions of GP and Elementor and without a theme you guys already know how the story goes with working hours, payments, templates, maintenance, the next designer, clients needs, 20 plugins, etc...and without the template that has been my workflow really.

    But now I realize that I could have advised my client just to buy a good theme for $69 and maybe Elementor Pro...making a total of $102.

    I just don't want a website full of stuff that one doesn't need and find it easier to build from zero than removing all the extra shiny bits.

    What do you guys think?
    Did I do wrong?
    Or is this still okay?

    • I meant my workflow has been GP and E without a Template.oey_oey
    • In the second option client would only have to pay $33 after the first year.oey_oey
