I still don't really understand what they mean by 'pizza' in Italy - as best as I can tell, it's anything bready - that's ..er. .not just plain bread. Facny, like. Even if just a drizzle of salt and oil. Like, my partner always refers to focaccia as 'pizza' when we're there. i don't get it. I just don't get it.
