Client: our case studies are going to have 5 bullet points. We want it super simple.
Me: cool, that sounds perfect for real estate
Proceeds to send 30 case studies with 20 bullet points each with all them consisting of 4/5 of the bullet points being the worlds longest paragraphs.

- True of all clients. They seem to all have anxiety when it comes to points of communication - they jam everything into it, anxiety of customer confusion.shapesalad
- With out realising that jam all you product/company info into a single point of comms is just going to confuse and turn away customers. less is very much more.shapesalad
