Yeah! it's negotiation time!
That big agency I just finished 5 interviews with emailed me back asking if had time tomorrow to chat and that they had exciting news to share. Today was undoubtedly going to be a stress all of a day, but now I have something really awesome to look forward to no matter how the election pans out.
Now comes the hardest part of all -- not undervaluing myself as I negotiate. And also, hoping they don't undervalue me and come with an offer a decent first offer. My friend just hired for a similar position at another office at the agency, so I have an idea of where I should be on the scale.

- I never applied for a job there. I was passed around like a ripe candidate in recuiter forums and I got a random call outside of my territory.shellie
- set up many friendly e-coffees with recruiters even if its not attached to a job. Search & meet them. Encourage them to share. They have their own forums.shellie
- all I know is my info ended up in a recruiting forum. but I met with maybe 10-+15 of them at different agencies and freelance. I have no idea who passed me onshellie
