    Yeah! it's negotiation time!

That big agency I just finished 5 interviews with emailed me back asking if had time tomorrow to chat and that they had exciting news to share. Today was undoubtedly going to be a stress all of a day, but now I have something really awesome to look forward to no matter how the election pans out.

Now comes the hardest part of all -- not undervaluing myself as I negotiate. And also, hoping they don't undervalue me and come with an offer a decent first offer. My friend just hired for a similar position at another office at the agency, so I have an idea of where I should be on the scale.

    • Woo-hoo, congrats!
(Also, bonus points for this classic GIF)

I'm still waiting for news of my 6-round thing.

    • I undervalues myself at my existing position in order to clench myself in; although I slightly wish i would have overvalued myself...ideaist
    • ...NOW, i've "earned my stripes" and proven my value as a company asset. Now the raise(s) come in and stability increases for me and my family.
