L-tyrosine is an excellent and if it works for you, it will work for your grandparents. They will love. It is like a small shot of coffee in the am,band clears brain fog. It's like &7.99, Now has the best quality.

Lion's mane, another energy booster focuser. I take them together so it's hard to say what helps me more. But what I do, because taking full dosage is so powerful, I only take like 1/2 of the recommended dosage. It's a bit more expensive too around $20.

One more thing, for the body, I take MSM (aka sulfur) supplement. This basically replacing missing lost sulfur in our bodies. It's something short of a miracle for older people to take, helping them walk again-due to body stiffness. It's helped me and helped an old friend of mine gain mobility and balance. I think reduces inflammation.

You can tell you need it if you've ever bent over for a bit of time and got stiff back when you tried to straighten? Or feel more comfortable leaning on something as you stand because of back stiffness?? Look into it.

    • One thing to add about Lion's Mane, I got my 79yro dad to take it and after 6 weeks he said he could see better. I thought he was BSing, but then I checked, itrobotron3k
