Yeah, looks nice, though I'd agree that u just need to fiddle with the typography a little.
Maybe try Georgia for a serifed font, or something starker like DIN..
Possibly play with some subtle gradients at the top and the bottom of the main picture to give the architecture a little depth..
As for the logo, I'd take it off the white background and make it all white, but I konw clients can get antsy about their precious logos, lol :).
Overall I really like it... :)
