What would it take to go full leftist in today's world?

Assuming the industrial monopoly on the planet's social structure is allowing this, I would want these basic amenities as a global citizen:

    • Organic meals
    • Comfy room & board
    • wi-fi & hdmi screen
    • electricity
    • libraries
    • free schooling up to masters degree
    • access to a garden
    • parks & natural preserves
    • full health benefits, prescriptions & dental
    • full mental health & psych visits
    • a solar powered vehicle or bicycle
    • game console & laptop
    • smartphone
    • basic clothes
    • basic income

These would be the basic amenities every citizen would be entitled to in the industrialized sectors of the world that would be willing to support it. This would not affect the democratic process of the country in any way or any of the branches of government.

The basis for taxation would be to heavily tax carbon footprints. So resources would be heavily pulled back and be forced to be used as efficiently as possible, including energy resources and chemical usage. Want to live in excess and/or pollute the planet with your usage? Be prepared to pay up the ass.
