    bump. spending a few weeks in croatia / the eastern bloc soonish. recommendations? will be staying primarily in zagreb but i can get to the coast

    • zagreb is grey. that's all i remember of it. we spent a couple of weeks near split, in a town called drnis, among the minefields.hans_glib
    • had a decent time, sibenik, trogir, popped down to mostar, all good. wine expensive, food a little monotonoushans_glib
    • Agree the food can be underwhelming, considering how close to Italy. And the same menu everywhere. Fresh fish places are the best.Fax_Benson
