  Prof Ian Bitterlin, a data centre consultant for nearly 30 years, is sceptical about the environmental impact of going underwater.
  "You just end up with a warmer sea and bigger fish," he says.

  • Read some interesting math from this earlier - using the ENTIRE global electric output to heat the sea would result in less than a thousandth celsius p/annumdetritus
  • As someone who was subjected to bathing in the North Sea as a kid, I'd have no problems if the above math were entirely off...detritus
