I made this last week and thought I'd blown it by adding in a de-skinned flame-grilled pepper into the mix, as it gave it a kind of sludgy Ajvar-like quality which wasn't what I was aiming for, but after a day or so settling in the fridge, by gum, it gave it gave it a hint of green. Simple'n'great!
