Top Tip: If you run adwords for your own small concern, you can trim a load of the useless cruft (stupid enquiries, useless enquiries, aimless enquires, cheap enquiries, all of the above at once enquiries) by setting a day-time schedule (eg. 8am - 7pm) and reducing the amount you are willing to pay for clicks from mobiles.
Thinking about it, logically - the absolute last customer type I want are idle evening mobile browsers.
Conversely, if you have a retail site selling chintzy crap to idiots - dial up the amount you're willing to spend on ads in the evening, to mobile users.
