    i wish Apple would fix its audio rate and i could buy-in on tv to eliminate the snake nest under my audio visual stand. need to upgrade from WD Live that won't do 4k. sad face.

    • At this point in time, that’s not an option really anywhere exactly. I believe Apple addressed the high def audio issue in the newer models since that redditmonospaced
    • i know it's an old issue but it's the same sample rate. i don't think it's a huge issue but i think they're sitting on 48khz and don't care.MrAbominable

    • at that time they dropped optical output and assumed all audio was just a slave to video output. which is why they upsample to bluray norm.MrAbominable
