@sted - no keep the images centralised for page speed. doesnt hurt to have the filename as a keyword providing its relevant to the image tho.
@shapesalad - theres anecdotal evidence that semantic H tags help google to work outthe focus of the page. so best practice is to have 1 h1 on the page thats the title of the document, followed by h2 etc for any sub headings.
your ranking because you have an exact match domain with the footballers name? then that would be expected. its not great seo as a majority of searches would not be for you or your services. better to branch out imho
