Ummm... the reason you are likely showing up at all is BECAUSE you share the name. Your "techniques" are daft (sorry, but they are). Meta keywords haven't even been viable/recognized by search engines for literal years and h1 and p tags are not "antiquated" html. They are fundamental, semantic HTML and always have been.
I won't even address that those "search related words" are what SEO would be targeting, not your name, unless your name is John Smith, and you have a real issue differentiating yourself. Basically you're saying if someone wants to find you online, they best already know you. Not really a way to find new business (if you want it).
