    I've been messing with VCV Rack for the last week. Gotta say, I'm really impressed. It's worth looking into just for the Mutable Instruments modules (which I've mostly been using).

    Sound quality is on par with anything else I use. The filters in Reaktor blocks are better, but I'm doing more of a West Coast/FM thing with it, so that's not a big deal. Plus, most software filters are noticeably off compared to analog.

    Can totally see this taking off in the next few years.
