  I make one simple change to my resume on LinkedIn and I've gotten 8 calls in less than an hour.

  5 calls from California. 1 from Michigan. 1 from New Jersey.

  Assholes, I'm in Illinois.

  I know these are for jobs out of state as the call is immediately followed by an email with a job offer in Irving TX or some other suck-me-sideways State.
