Which is more important to boost search engine rankings?
Proper SEO / Keywords... or a constant flow of new content to index?
I was recently informed by 'an expert' that proper SEO / keywords are great at the outset but once the site has been online / idle it's ranking could go down if you're not constantly feeding Google new info to index (ag— a Blog).
Anyone have experience... any articles / forums they've read / visited regarding 'flow of content' being the driving force vs. proper SEO?

- Yes, content freshness matters. I've used SiteBeam for years and it's always been a metric that your site's SEO ranking is scored on.fate
