    Does anyone use JIRA?

They love it where I work, and I see the good things it offers for developers for tracking bugs and issues, etc.. But for design work, it sucks.

Addressing UI/UX problems like they are bugs doesn't really help the person in charge of improving them.

"It is confusing for the user which tab he/she is in if they select List View tab and then move to Map view."

You're pointing out a problem but you're not telling me if it's because maybe they can't see it, or the color contrast makes it impossible to find, or the text is hard to read... JUST TELL ME WHY!!

    • Sounds less like a problem with Jira itself and more the person logging the issue - though I agree that Jira was created for dev work, not design.bulletfactory
    • ^Yeah, I find myself having to go back to the issuer to figure out what they're saying/want.Maaku
