Saw it last night.
It's a good addition to the series.
Story wise it's braver than Force Awakens and yeah, there are some similiar plot points to Empire.
Yes, it has it's flaws - some minor and a couple that are major.
IMO, one of the major flaws involves both Force Awakens and Last Jedi - and it needs an answer. That last scene ... not sure what to think about that.What I would say is whoever edited/directed the trailers and promos did a fucking good job ... especially when you hear/see the stuff in the film ...
- and there was one CGI character that was, imo, disappointing ... no excuses not to get that rightBluejam
