    Throwing myself and friends a curveball this year: Cornish hens.

    Anybody have any experience with these little birds? Sides? Stuffed or no?

    Also Happy Thanksgiving, you nutters. I'm thankful for you guys always providing a laugh on monitor 2.

    • That's what I did for Xmas last year. 8 of them. Stuffed with an orange wedge and some chopped veg for moisture and flavour.i_monk
    • For sides I did roasted carrots, seared broccoli, sprouts and bacon, and mashed potatoes.i_monk
