  Just heard from my sister that our mom is officially old: she fell for one of those "your laptop is infected, give me your money" scams. It took 15 minutes to explain to her it was a scam. The worst part is she's known about these scams for years, because they've tried it before on my dad (who has never touched a computer in his life). $495.
