    How do you like the new Assassins Creed? I'm 10hrs in so far. I think it is a good game, first of all it's a looker. Absolutely gorgeous. Story is OK so far, side quests are not as dull as before but not the kind of Witcher III Storytelling. Lots and lots and lots of content, this one will keep me busy for a while.

    OK optimized for PC, a few bugs here and there but nothing critical. Demands at least a High end PC from last generation or one of todays GPUs. I play with a 980, 32GB Ram and an i7 4790k @4.4ghz on 1440p and it's 50fps-ish.

    I like it, but I wish it was a bit mature. Dialogues are a bit silly or "family friendly" while combat is brutal as hell. Characters have too little profile for my taste. Bit of a lack in overall storytelling, no real relationship to the characters is built, even if you can see they tried hard. Combat system and stealth is solid. Difficulty is well balanced on "Medium" for me.

    This whole ingame shop thingy is way smaller than people hate about. It's a small boy at the market where you can do daily quests for good loot as well as buy some skins. Nothing too fancy or game changing.

    • i was a little surprised actually by the use of cursing in the dialogue and NPCs with exposed breasts walking around...scarabin_net
    • combat feels great, but for some reason i can't get parrying right in this game. is it really an ability i have to unlock?scarabin_net
    • Parrying is somewhat irresponsive (hold L1) because there seems to be no parrying animation or position. He just does. I have yet to find out how to avoidmekk
    • i love being able to run and climb forever again after dealing with stamina wheels in zelda botw :)scarabin_net
    • getting hit by the charged attacks when the weapon turns red. I parry - nothing, I dodge - nothing (or get instantly hit by 2nd strike), I counter attack - no.mekk
    • yeah i find myself having to hit square to dodge and then hope i can get in a few hits while they recover from their attackscarabin_net
    • okay i'm dumb. started opening with a shield breaker before normal attacks and now my fights are a breezescarabin_net
    • depends on the weapons you use. I play with breaker attack and then use some double dagger to make some quick dmg.mekk
    • Tried this with a higher dmg sword and it's useless as it is too slow.mekk
