Republic of the Chad has had success in fighting Boko Haram, including in Niger.
the Orange Dotard adds Chad to its travel ban, because it couldn't comply with passport requests, because Chad literally had run out of paper.
Because of this (and maybe more ** cough cough Exxon owes Chad money cough cough **), Chad pulls out of Niger.
Niger becomes vulnerable to Boko Haram again.
Four soldiers are killed doing something that was previously routine, thanks to Chad being battle-hardened against Boko Haram.
