    Totally agree. If you're a vegan and all your food comes out of a package, you're doing it wrong.

    This also doesn't matter. In fact, lots of people have good success by intermittent fasting until lunch for the first meal

    Mostly agree, but doing sprints exclusively is not enjoyable for most. I like to do longish bicycle rides with some hard sprints sprinkled in.

    As far as fat people, refined sugar is the main culprit. That, coupled with the fact that most (Americans) people get entirely too little fiber in their diets, makes people overweight.
