    I know over weight vegans.

    Meat is not making you fat, stuffing your face and not moving around is.

    - Cut all processed food
    - drink water
    - eat small meals 4-5 a day
    - breakfast is the biggest meal, dinner the lightest
    - cut the bread out, aim for 300grams of carbs per day if you must.

    - move! anything just get off your ass.
    - long periods of cardio don't compare to HIIT work outs. I was a distance runner for years, fuck that shit. I only do HIIT sprints and weights now.

    • If you're vegan/vegetarian, that's cool. But adopting that kind of lifestyle to lose weight won't work.noneck
