- Yep, equal parts funugreek, fennel, cumin, nigella and brown mustard seeds, a.k.a. panch phoron. I'm not a vegan BTW, this just fit the bill! It's damn good.MrT
- huh - how do brown differ from black mustard seeds? Also, do you use many? I had a weird-tasting curry a few weeks back 'cos I used too many, i thinkdetritus
- Brown and black mustard are the same thing. In this there's about 1/2-1 tsp of each seed. I'm getting my recipe site together!MrT
